What we believe about God and our purpose in life determines everything else we do in life. This business was started to help ladies dress in a way that honors God and gives Him glory. While we realize that many viewing this site have received Christ into their hearts and lives, we also know there are some who may not have heard the amazing plan of salvation and redemption that God has for everyone. So we will attempt to explain as clearly as possible, Who God is and how we can enter into a personal relationship with Him.

Who is God? God is our Creator, One Who has no beginning or end, and is all-powerful. He is love, merciful, and good. He is also just, holy, righteous and true. God, because of His nature, cannot tolerate sin. Sin entered the world when Adam, the first man, gave in to Satan, the father of lies. Since that time, every human born into the world has a sin nature. Because of this, we naturally do things that do not please God.
God created us to have a personal relationship with Him and to praise and glorify Him. But because of our sin, that relationship was not possible. Sin broke our ability to relate with a holy God Who hates sin.
Fortunately that is not the end of the story. God loves us, in spite of our sin, and He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to redeem us. Jesus left His home in heaven and lived here on the earth, fully Divine and at the same time fully human. He lived a sinless life, performing many miracles wherever He went, and was crucified on a cross at Calvary. He could have escaped the cross, He still had all the power in the world. But He gave His life willingly to take our sins upon Himself and give us His righteousness so that we could be found blameless in God's sight. Three days after Christ died and was buried, He came to life again, raised by God's power. Now He is in heaven, sitting at the right hand of God's throne.

Christ's death and ressurection took care of our sin problem. But only when we confess our sins and ask God to forgive us and give us His righteousness, can we make use of it. If we do not, we will continue to live with guilt and when we die, we will go to hell, a place of eternal destruction. If we do receive Christ, we will take on His righteousness, and our hearts will be changed to desire the things that please God. True, we will still make mistakes and sin at times, but by asking God to forgive and renew us, we will be free from habitual and purposeful sin. And best of all, when we die, we will go to heaven and live forever with God.
These truths are the truths we base our lives upon, and they are what give us meaning and fulfillment in life.

So how do you "receive Christ"?
1. Admit that you are a sinner. (Romans 3:10)
2. Be willing to turn away from sin to follow Christ. (Acts 17:30)
3. Believe that Jesus Christ died for you, was buried, and rose from the dead. (Romans 10:9,10)
4. Through prayer, invite Jesus into your life to become your personal Saviour and Lord. (Romans 10:13)
What to pray:
Dear God,
I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin and allow You to be Lord over my life. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour.

If you have prayed that prayer sincerely, and committed your life to Christ--Congratulations! You have become a part of God's family and can now have a personal relationship with Him!
Learning to know Christ is a life-long process. To grow in your relationship with Him:
Read the Bible.
Talk to God in prayer every day.
Be baptized, worship God, and find friends who love the Lord.
Become involved in a Bible-believing, Christ-centered church.
Tell others about Jesus and what He's done in your life.
