A sweet little dress for your sweet little girl.  Puffy sleeves and a roomy high waist are the classic features on this toddler dress. Lace trim down the front of the skirt, sleeves and collar are cute little accents, plus little buttons or a bow in the center.  It closes in the back with 2 or 3 buttons.
